Christmas and New Year
Owing to manufacturing and fulfilment partner closures over the festive period, we expect some disruption to deliveries. You will be contacted with an estimated arrival window once your order is ready for delivery.
Lead Times
We aim to fulfil all orders in the time frames stated below:

The Perla Mattress | Made to order and delivered within 5 weeks. |
Bed Frames | All beds are made to order and delivered within 6-8 weeks. |
Bedding, Duvets and Pillows | Consolidated with your mattress delivery or delivered within 3 weeks. |
Courier Notifications
Our courier team will contact you to arrange your delivery. For mattress or bed orders you will receive an email or text advising you of a time slot the day before delivery. The day of delivery you will receive an additional message confirming your time slot. Once the courier team has arrived outside your home, the crew will call you to let you know they’ve arrived, and what will happen next.
For all bedding and Express Lux Mattress orders, you will be notified by text by the courier with tracking information and an estimated delivery time.
Express Delivery
The Express Delivery option is available with The Lux Mattress only and can’t be offered in conjunction with multiple products. Mattress recycling is also not available as part of the Express Delivery service.
Restrictions
Unfortunately, we are not able to fulfil deliveries outside mainland UK, including the Isle of Wight.
Please allow additional time for deliveries over bank holidays, Christmas and New Year.
Address Changes
We will do our best to assist you with your address change. Please note that your order might have been dispatched before we can change your address. Email us on sales@brookandwildesleep.com.
Failed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive delivery on the confirmed delivery date there is a £30 charge for re-arranging a 2nd delivery date with our 2-man delivery service.
